1. Using Reminder Genie

You must keep your login details secure and use the platform responsibly. You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the system.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree that:

• You will only invite authorized users to your company account.
• You will provide accurate billing and contact information.
• You must not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes.

3. Billing

• Payments are handled securely through PayFast.
• We do not collect or store any card details.
• You may cancel any time; your subscription continues until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Data & Privacy

Your data is protected as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

B2B Genie is provided “as is”. Inside Analytics (Pty) Ltd is not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of data
• Losses arising from incorrect or outdated reminders

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the system.
