These Terms of Service govern your use of the Inside Analytics B2B Platform, operated by Inside Analytics (Pty) Ltd.

1. Purpose of the Platform

The platform provides a structured environment for businesses to share product catalogues and submit Requests for Pricing (RFPs). It facilitates pricing enquiries only and does not act as a marketplace, broker, or intermediary in commercial negotiations.

2. Account Use & Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. By using the platform, you agree that:

You will keep login credentials secure
You will only invite authorised users from your organisation
You will provide accurate company and contact information
You will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the system

3. Pricing Requests & Communication

When a pricing request is sent, communication continues directly between the requesting company and the supplier. Inside Analytics does not monitor, control, or participate in pricing discussions, negotiations, or agreements.

4. Data & Privacy

Company and user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The platform collects only the data required to operate securely and effectively.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Subscription payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers
Inside Analytics does not store payment card details
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing period

6. Availability & Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Inside Analytics (Pty) Ltd is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of business, revenue, or opportunities
Pricing outcomes, supplier responses, or non-responses
Decisions made based on pricing information received

7. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, or if the platform is used in a manner that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to other users.
